It was great to see many of you at the fundraising social event at the Maynard Arms two weeks ago. We came together to raise awareness about the proposal to build on our tennis courts and Municipal Open Land and to raise funds for our campaign.
Flying Start
I’m pleased to say that we are off to a flying start with fundraising, the purpose of which is to ensure that we are well prepared with representation for any future planning application. We’ve already raised over £500, however, there is some way to go until we reach our target of £3500. Your help will ensure that we are ready with effective representation and a clear response when it’s required.
There were some excellent suggestions on the night about how we can strengthen our case. Your support will make a huge difference.
